COVID-19 update Level 2

Usual delivery is overnight business days for North Island and 2 business days for South Island with a few extra days for rural deliveries however Aramex couriers have issued a statement on their website saying "Expected Network Delays... With the shift to Alert Level 3 on Tuesday 28 April 2020, we have seen a large surge of parcels entering our network, with volumes surpassing even our busiest peak season.. Please allow an additional 4–5 working days for delivery due to to the COVID19 restrictions and volume surge. Thank you"

The couriers are still having a tough time with deliveries at this time. Hopefully with the move to level 2 today this will quieten down over the next few days and normal shipping times will resume. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
