We have reviewed our opening hours and will now close early on a Mondays at 3pm instead of 5pm due to it being so quiet. This starts on the 21st of July. Sorry for any inconvenience.

We will be open Matarki Day Friday the 20th of July with reduced hours of 9:30am till 2:30pm

Due to Easter and ANZAC Days falling within the next 2 weeks, live shipping days will be affected. The week of the 14th of April we will only be shipping Monday and Tuesday due to Easter and only on Tuesday the week of the 21st. This is to ensure items arrive safely to you.
Please note we may be limited in our live stocks also as our suppliers will be having the same issue so there may be delays at both ends. If you really need an item please check with us first to ensure we can fulfil your order for you otherwise these will be shipped as soon as we can.
We will also be CLOSED from Thursday 17th till Tuesday the 22nd for Easter and closed Friday 25th for ANZAC Day.

Shipping update before the end of the year. Wednesday the 18th of December is the last day for shipping live items so get in quick to avoid disappointment. If you are wanting live fish would be best to check before placing an order or getting in early to ensure we have the fish in store.

You asked last year and we listened so this year we will be open until 7pm Thursday the 19th of December for your last minute needs.

We will close at 2pm Tuesday the 24th of December and reopen Monday 6th January 2025 for both online orders and our shop. Last day for shipping live items is Wednesday the 18th of December and all other orders the morning of the 24th of December. Shipping will resume Monday 6th of January when we open again.
