With the current changes this is where we are at the moment.
We will continue to dispatch all online orders that have come in for as long as we can. Couriers are classed as essential services however the way Aramex Couriers are running will look different over the coming weeks and some delays may occur. This can be checked on their website https://www.aramex.co.nz/services/service-updates/ We will continue with business as usual for as long as we can.
Regarding self isolation, Cameron and I are the only two 'staff members' working at Maximum Aquarium Supplies and as we are married and our business runs from home then we are able to pack and dispatch each order without contact from anyone. We will have NO contact with the courier driver picking up each day. Please be patient during this time as we have 2 small children who are and continue to be our first priority during this uncertain time and please be kind to the courier driver/company, they are doing everything they can too!
We will be limiting NZ post deliveries to ensure we do not leave the house unless totally necessary so if you chose to use this option please keep in mind this will take longer to get to you than the recommend 1 week.
Working from home certainly does have its advantages and this time will give us a chance to hopefully work on the shop which we plan to open very soon in Lower Hutt.
