Returns/Cancellation

Please choose your purchases carefully as we can not provide a refund if you change your mind. If you change your mind before your order has been shipped out then a 10% admin fee applies and will be deducted from your refund.

If for any reason the product is faulty, we will either repair or replace this for you. If we are unable to do so we will then issued you a refund. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

If your order is incorrect in any way, please let us know ASAP so we can sort this out for you.
